Most of my day was spent studying at the Catholic Center. Unlike other study spaces on campus, it is abound with positive energy. It’s not necessarily a stress free zone, but it’s definitely the most comfortable and sane location to review for final exams.
Aside from taking a study break with adoration in the CC’s chapel, the highlight of the day of studying was the opportunity to stay late with some good female company and gooey chocolate chip cookies baked by one of the FOCUS missionaries. Given that I had been frustrated about my assignments and exams this week, it was refreshing to be able to clear my mind and focus in such a supportive setting.
