A couple of friends and I took the chance to dance away some stress during our break between classes yesterday. We started off with Walk the Moon’s “Shut up and Dance with Me” and, then spent the rest of the time dancing to some Just Dance videos. It was a blast with one of my friends being in her element, as dancing is her thing, and the other two of us just blundering along trying to get the moves right. We enjoyed laughing at ourselves and at the reactions of anyone passing by. Dancing gave us the medicine we needed to break away from the class work of the day and to give us the boost we needed to get through the rest of the evening.
